Hotel Cal Llop - Gratallops

Located in a stunning area with a view of the Priorat hills and the valley. Close to a small local winery, guests can enjoy wine tastings. the terrace outside is perfect for relaxing despite the bad lighting. the rooms are well furnished, come with flatscreen TV and a wet room shower/toilet, and are comfortable and unique. Friendly and helpful staff provide an excellent service. Breakfast is served daily, and the local rabbit stew and veal are a definite must-try.

There were issues with air conditioning which caused a dripping leaking making the entrance of the hotel room wet which was not resolved.

We spent our Christmas holidays in the countryside and it was an amazing experience. The views all around were breathtaking, it was very serene and the air was fresh. We loved the fact that the hotel was easily accessible and close to some really nice restaurants and bars. The room we booked was comfortable and we enjoyed the TV that the room had. The staff was very accommodating and made our stay even better by providing free mini-bar and quality toiletries to use.

We had one major disappointment which was the limited food options. We were staying for a few days and we had to eat at the hotel restaurant quite often.

The Hotel Cal Llop Gratallops exceeded all our expectations during our recent stay. the location of this charming hotel is simply breathtaking. Situated at the top of a steep hill in a lovely area, it offers stunning views across the Priorat hills and the l'Ermita vineyard of Alvaro Palacios. The scenery alone makes it worth every penny. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, always going out of their way to ensure that we felt comfortable and well taken care of. The rooms were beautifully decorated, each with its own unique charm, and our room had a wonderful view over the Montsant mountains. Lastly, the fact that breakfast was included in the price was a delightful surprise, and the breakfast itself was always top-notch.

Everything at this hotel was impeccable, nothing to improve.

Stayed in a charming new hotel in a small town surrounded by beautiful scenery. We enjoyed the big tiled bathroom, comfortable bed and the delicious buffet breakfast that included local products. the friendly staff at the hotel were always happy to help with recommendations of activities that would suit us. the hotel was in a great location within easy driving access to other towns.

Although the hotel had an amazing restaurant, there was no other place to eat within the town. It would have been great to have a choice of other places to eat without having to drive to another town.

This hotel is perfect for those who want to explore local wineries as it is located right at the top of the hill. The cleanliness of the place is commendable and the hotel facilities are great. Though parking can be an issue, it works perfectly fine with a small car. the staff was very helpful, especially the owner who welcomed me with great hospitality.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

I had such a great time at this hotel in the charming village of Gratallops. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning views of the terraced vineyards that dominate the region. It was such a treat to wake up every morning and take in the beauty of the l'Ermita vineyard of Alvaro Palacios from my room. The staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Another aspect that I loved was the spacious and well-appointed rooms, complete with a fab bathroom and a terrace/balcony where I could relax and enjoy the very nice views over the Montsant mountains. And to top it all off, the fact that breakfast was included in the price was a fantastic bonus.

Everything was absolutely fine.
